How do I book?

All of our booking is done through our site, under the book online tab. There you will find pricing, availibilty, and options to customize your order.

At what time will my sign be delivered?

We deliver in windows! "The Cable Guy Model" and is based off the route order for the day. We can not gaurentee a specific delivery time. Weekday Delivery times; are between Noon and 4PM on the date requested. Your delivery time will be based off route order for the day. We can not guarantee a specific delivery time Weekend Delivery times are between 6AM and 1PM I affirm that I am aware that Weekday Deliveries happen in a window between 10a-4pm (This is in efforts to deliver while folks are at school/ work for a joyful surprise once they return home! Weekend Deliveries happen in a window between 6am-2:00pm *

Do you all have any options for evening/ "night before" deliveries?

Yes! We offer evening deliveries to Warren, and Franklin Townships. You may add this option on to your order while bookin.

What if it rains or snows?

We deliver in BOTH rain and snow however, If inclement weather prevents us being able to safely deliver, setup or take down a yard greeting we will contact you to discuss rescheduling and/or issue a refund. Inclement weather includes: lighting/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, snow storms, frozen ground or any other server weather that could cause harm to our representatives or our displays.
